Yes! All players must be registered on the team sheet before commencing a game. Yes. An adult Team Contact must be nominated. This person is the point of contact with the club should any issues arise with the team. Communication may be in person, via email or over the phone. Players must wear tops of a uniform colour and the keeper should preferably be in a different color to their team and the opposition. Players are not permitted to play in jeans and must wear footwear which is deemed to be appropriate by the referee. The team shirt does NOT need a number on the back.
Shin pads are compulsory for players and goalkeepers.
Players may request, an exemption from the uniform policy, e.g. on the grounds of medical or religious requirements.
UNIFORM TIP: Please be aware that many teams choose the team shirt colour of red or blue and consequently these teams have a clash in team uniforms when on the pitch resulting in the team having to wear bibs. This is not ideal so to lessen the likelihood of your team having to wear bibs, it is best if you choose a team shirt that is unique.
Bibs are available in the club rooms in the event that two teams are playing in similar colors. However it is still expected that each team plays in uniform as per the uniform requirments.
Teams are responsible for their own first aid. Basic first aid supplies (like ice) are available from the club rooms.
No. The club will provide referees for all matches. If you are interested in being a referee please contact the Twilight Coordinator. All referees are remunerated for their time.
